Can not find vitimans SDS, pesticides, gasoline, but can not find any cigarettes.

Vitamins and cigarettes are not covered by OSHA, but by other government agencies. For each chemical listed by OSHA, simply change the name and signage in a Google search, there is the Internet, you can find. For example, two of many data for gasoline. The vitamins you can find the list of ingredients on the web (name of the Web search and the "ingredients"). You can use the data for the individual components and chemicals that are covered by OSHA.
Tobacco and snuff products are free from OSHA.

The ATF will notice is essentially an enforcement arm of government revenue.
